You will be working with a movement and rehab expert in our 3 step approach:

  • Detailed assessment - an in-depth assessment pinpoints the true source of your pain and directs every step of the hands-on treatment and training plan, helping you achieve effective rehab and fitness results in less time.

  • Customized bodywork - each session is tailored to your needs, guided by the initial assessment, and delivered by a skilled manual therapist. A focused, hands-on approach helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and support effective recovery.

  • Tailored exercise/mobility plan - a personalized exercise plan reinforces the hands-on work and supports long-term progress. Each program is designed to strengthen key areas, improve movement patterns, and reduce the likelihood of pain returning.

Modalities include, but are not limited to:

  • Cupping/cup therapy

  • Trigger point/neuromuscular therapy

  • Sports massage and stretching

  • Deep tissue work

  • Myofascial release techniques

  • Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)
